Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. It is your responsibility to inspect products upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery.

We accept returns of unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Some products, such as personalized items or intimate apparel, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or we made an error.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT OUR PLATFORM OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

WHILE WE STRIVE TO PROVIDE ACCURATE PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND INFORMATION, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS OR OTHER CONTENT ON OUR PLATFORM ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, CURRENT, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATHLETICSTOREZONE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE OUR PLATFORM;
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON OUR PLATFORM;
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM OUR PLATFORM; OR
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AthleticStoreZone and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our Platform will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our Platform or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms.

Your continued use of our Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using our Platform.
